The changing of the year often prompts a review of the one left and an excitement for the one beginning. 2014 was my most monumental change in decades, not just because of leaving one state for another, but due to the distance created between my sons and me. They are all doing well and for that reason I am at peace. It also created a chance to reconnect with siblings and reestablish relationships with lifelong friends. There was no good to outweigh a bad, just the blessing of addition and the discovery of a new path. My thanks to all who have contributed to my life, to those who have been added and my best wishes to those who once were there. May you each have an enriched and joyous new year.
