The church of St Mary in Warwick houses the Beauchamp chapel which in turn houses the effigy of Richard Beauchamp Knight Garter, 13th Earl of Warwick and count of Aumale from 1382 to 1439 when he died. His effigy which was made after his death was modeled and cast by William Austen of London and gilded/engraved by Bartholomew Lambespring the details on the armour are outstanding.
