“The circuit rider for the Gospel on a motorcycle” When I awoke this morning I was asked a question by a sister and a friend on my posting “The circuit rider on facebook that I didn’t quite know how to answer, this was the question “Is that what you do on your bike rides? This morning as most of you know I rode my bike to my favorite coffee shop, as I was leaving a friend stopped me and asked me to pray for his wife who found out yesterday that she again was diagnosed with cancer for the 3rd. Time in a span of years, for the 1st. Time in our friendship I asked him to take my hands and we prayed for her right there and then, as we sat in the patio of this coffee shop I began telling him of the words of Jesus in Mark 16 where he said these signs shall follow those who believe in that “They shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover” I then asked him if she would allow me to go to their house and pray with her and he said he didn’t think she would allow that. I then began telling about the book of acts and of the wonderful healings that took place through the Lord with the Apostles and how today the lord still heals through those that believe, his wife’s name is Linda and I ask all my brothers and sister her to pray earnestly for her, even though they were both raised catholic they still have a love for God but are in the dark as what the salvation of Christ is and means, pray for me also that someday soon the Lord will allow my words about the gospel message penetrate their heart with the truth. I’m writing this is answer to the sisters question “is that what you do on your bike rides? The Lord showed me this morning that I indeed am a circuit rider for the Lord on my bike.
