The city allows residents to park a moving container on the public street for 24 hours for free; however, if that said 24 hours happens to include parking it overnight, then the city requires a permit at the cost of $75 for an overnight parking permit and $2 for each "no parking" signs. What about this is free considering 24 hours includes overnight? I will miss everything about you, Long Beach, except for parking!
