When you wear tight jeans, tight shirts, and put something on your head that can cover your head it does fulfill the criteria of Hijab. My Sister, please do bare in mind that Hijab is part from Islam, Not from Culture. Culture can be right and can be wrong, But Allaah the maker and the messenger of Allaah are never wrong. By the almighty i am not saying this to hurt you in any kind of way, I ask Allaah to guide all of us, but by Allaah there is nothing more modest than a women who hiding behind that cover.
