The cop who killed Mary Hawkes didnt have his lapel cam on so his telling of the events are all we have to go on. This same officer was accused of significantly changing his testimony in a wrongful death lawsuit targeting a fellow officer. A recording of one of his statements went missing, prompting a sanction from the judge.
