The coroner called today and said they have found nothing significant in the toxicology report for our son. They tested for a very wide range of toxic substances and the only positive they found was a small amount of caffeine indicating he had likely had a coke in the afternoon of his last day. The only thing left to check at this time is the electrical conduction paths in the heart. They removed that and are storing it in a freezer. They will examine this under a scanning electron microscope for any defects. It is unlikely they will find anything. In situations like this where they can find no other reason, they pretty much assume it was an electrical issue in the heart.
