The current Liberian government is filled with lots of good people. However, these good people are trapped under the leaderships of incompetent, and clueless individuals with no idea of governance. For personal gains, and self-aggrandizement purposes the current regime continue to undermine, manipulate, as well as negatively influence the budget, personnel, procurement, financial management, and information systems of the country. One example is the disappearance of millions of dollars in the current Airport saga involving top governments officials of Liberia. Since the closure of FrontPage Africa and the incarceration of its leader, Government-controlled newspapers are now bent on providing an economized version of true happenings in the country. Liberia needs leaders that will bring to the table sense of competence as well as Leaders who will be accountable to the people. The sad thing is, this has just not happen since 1847 the year Liberia gained its independence.
