The dad wasnt a terrorist, and perhaps not even a Muslim for that - TopicsExpress

The dad wasnt a terrorist, and perhaps not even a Muslim for that matter, who was firing a gun at a wedding as a celebration, as many people have done in many countries, and perhaps some of the people reading this thread have done. He thought his gun was unloaded and sadly was mistaken. His gun safety could have been better, but that is no reason to celebrate a mans fluke death with hubris and mockery. He was taken to the hospital, but the bullet had penetrated his heart and now hes dead at the age of 33. Now his child will grow up with the awareness that he ended his fathers life. This individual was a human being, and there is no evidence whatsoever of any kind to indicate that he was guilty of anything except a human miscalculation. The worst penalty a human being could suffer for their misdeed is death, and he paid the price of death, for something which should hardly be considered a death-penalty mistake. So lets consider the debt of misjudgment and negligence paid many, many times over, and hope that this poor man is resting in peace, and ask ourselves, what would make us mock and deride an innocent man like this, going so far as to shame and humiliate him without any pity at all, or consideration of any of the circumstances. The scriptures say that God has no pleasure in the death of the wicked (Ezek. 33:11), and we dont even have evidence that this man was wicked, so why are we taking pleasure in their death? God certainly doesnt, and He is especially grieved that this childs life has been irrepairably injured first by losing his father, and secondly by being responsible for his violent death, because the man is dead and his life is finished, but the sons life continues on and is subject to immediate trauma. A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned -- Jesus (Matt. 12:35-37). Im well aware that some people here will be insulted that I would bring religion into this thread, but Im not concerned with that. Im posting for those of you here will know that what I speak is the truth, and who will ask the Lord to forgive them for these tragically cruel comments.
