The day was just like any other day or so it seemed. Before leaving for Bangalore, I wanted to visit Harley Davidson show room at Pune. It was already afternoon and i was yet to eat something, So I drove inside Amanora mall, parked my bike in front of Two Rivers Harley Davidson showroom and went to a nearby KFC to have something to eat. When I was back, to my surprise Ferozz asked for my bike keys. I just gave it to him without knowing what was going to happen next. They already cleared some of the display bikes from the showroom to create some space and drove my mud filled dirty bike in to their neat sparking showroom. Shaheen, we arranged something special for you while you were away. It seems Two Rivers have been keeping track of posts and comments on HOG India and other places regarding me. I was shocked and surprised as I have never expected this even in my distant dreams. They got someone with an SLR camera and it was a photo shoot there after. I was awarded a special badge from Two River’s Harley for being the guy who rode the most in the world on HDStreet750. As I thought it was over, they asked me to keep the bike for two days. They wanted to add as much modifications they can to my bike free of charge. I was literally speechless for the same. I have been to many Harley dealers and thus far no one have offered anything like that. Ferozz is one of the best for bike modifiers and I wanted to have my bike modified by him but unfortunately due to my travel plans I had to leave that day itself to get to office in time for next working day. To my regret I couldn’t leave my bike with them. Also I thought, my chapter Spice coast might have some plans of their own too. I had around 2-3 hours before I have to leave the showroom. So they took my bike to service and did what ever they can in under 2 hours. A complete detailing and some small fixes free of charge. Later on to my surprise the whole Two Rivers Committee members were there, took some pics with them and got to meet the manager and meet some legends like Maral who hold to record for most miles in India among ladies.
