The death of Daniel..... Capital sentence for drug trafficking in a period when the world is talking about scrapping capital punishment from the constitutions. With due respect, drug trafficking is bad but then not death setence especially when Nigerian government pleaded for his release. Its a call against diplomacy, its lack of respect for a nation, its a trait to international unity but what did we do? Sorry, we are in a rally, the ambassadors? Well, they are in the domestic scene. Despite series of negotiation between Nigeria government and her Indonesia counterpart to secure the release of mr Daniel Enemuo, he was executed along side a Dutch,a Brazilian and 3 others For failing to grant her citizens pardon both Netherlands and Brazil withdraw their ambassadors from Indonesia but till now, Nigerian government have not taken any action to show their disappointment with Indonesia. We should learn how to protect our own even if they are criminals. The reverse is the reason Nigerians are not respected around the world. The government doesnt care about her citizens, yet they want your votes. Wake up guys...
