The declaration that the Seventh day Sabbath has been abolished along with all the Ten Commandments by Jesus death upon the cross of Calvary is the hue and cry issuing from the devils lips to destroy Gods kingdom. The works of his hands are verity and judgment; all his commandments are sure. They stand fast for ever and ever, and are done in truth and uprightness. Psalm 111:7, 8. My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips. Psalm 89:34. For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed. Malachi 3:6. Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. Hebrews 13:8. This is unfortunately heard from the pulpit of many supposedly Christian denominations but oh how the devil has bewitched you with his cunning sophistry for where there is no law there is no kingdom. The only precept of the Decalogue that seals it by giving us the name, title and dominion of our Lord is the fourth commandment which delineates how we are to worship God by keeping the seventh day Sabbath holy. Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it. Exodus 20:8-11. Will we choose to continue to follow in the footsteps of the great rebel warring against the government of God or will we submit to keeping the law of His kingdom because we desire to do everything we can to please Him whom we love? He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 1 John 2:4. If ye love me, keep my commandments. John 14:15.
