The difference between success and failure in Network Marketing is... STP Let me explain. The online folks will tell you that they have revolutionized the process and that you no longer have to talk to family and friends and do 3-way calls or work hard. What they forget to tell you are a couple of good things they are doing and also the real fall out of their plan: 1) They STP more than you. STP stands for Show The Plan. An online video that runs 24/7 365 days a year will kick the butt of any warm marketer who sits staring at a names list. Why? Because they are actually making presentations and getting their prospect to the famous: YES, NO, or MAYBE stage. You arent. They are. They win round one...they get a signup at 1 am while the prospect is sipping their wine and taking their Ambien. What that person does the next day towards THEIR business is crucial, and thats called: DUPLICATION. 2) Their long term success of online only biz model depends upon them getting more videos watched online or getting others to drive traffic to getting more videos watched that turn into signups. Are you with me so far? Pretty common sense stuff. You show the plan, you make money. Your teams shows the plan, they make money and you make money. We all win, right? In the short term, yes. But, not in the long term. Heres why... A video is a tool...its not your entire business. Even some online companies get this and they have meetings. (OMG, did I just say online people who say dont talk to people get together and congregate and talk to people...maybe even HUG people and laugh and cry together...gettta outahere! No way). Long term success in any business model depends upon personal contact. Omaha steaks called me yesterday to leave a lovely special on my phone. USA lists called me yesterday about a dentist list I had inquired about online to followup for a sale. TALK, TALK, TALK, TALK. STP, STP, STP, STP A recent Network Marketing company just did $215 million their second year. They did $100 million their first year...set a new record with warm marketing in 2014 the All-Digital age. I guess theyre lying? They should be investigated, dont you think for misleading us all that talking to humans works these days? And, get this, they did it all with home skin care parities (YUCK!) Guys were even on stage with beautiful skin (FAIRIES!) So, low and behold warm marketing works. And, it works so well that its beating the pants off the dont talk to anyone folks. And, the dont talk to anyone folks do talk to people, dont them them fool you. They just talk to them after they sign up...not a big difference, pretty smart, really. But, there are still those that brag that they make money buy just clicking a button. Good for them...Im happy for them. And, there are still those that meet people and carry $25,000 four feet checks on an airplane and dont think a second about how embarrassing that looks to some. Pick your poison. Do what you love. But, know this...every successful Network Marketer has to eventually talk to someone and self-improve in order to achieve LONG TERM RESIDUAL INCOME. Dont be fooled again...
