The dream There was a man traveling through a forest. He was tired and weary. Cold and lost. He was almost on his last breath . He decided to sit under a tree. And rest his eyes for a moment. Just one moment wont hurt he thought to himself watch will life throw him next. As he sat there resting his eyes a gust of wind blew past . And within this wind he can hear a whispering song . And he said to himself I have rested enough I must go on .He was on a quest for a wishing well . So is travels went on .He came upon a singing frog within the middle of the forest. The frog was singing a song of a wishing well. The man walked to the frog wondering to himself is this a dream .The frog saw him coming. But was still singing of the wishing well . As the man approached the frog. The frog stopped hes song of the wishing well. The frog look at him and spoke. What do you seek within your travels my good sir? The man was speechless. He stood there with amazement . And still wondering is this a dream. Then the frog spoke again. Is it the well you seek the wishing well that is . Realizing this was not a dream .The man look down at the little frog and said. Yes it is indeed. Are you sure said the frog. Because there are consequences . Consequences what consequences ? The man replied. The frog look up at him blinking his eyes . As we go through life looking for things. That will make us better. What if there was a wishing well . That will allow you to have one wish only one what would you wish for? What would you do when you step upon the wishing well? But remember one thing you must be careful what you wish for. Because changing things because of the past may not change your future. For it may have great consequences. The man look down at the frog. He said. Look now silly little frog tell me where the well is . I do not care of the consequences. The frog replied with a small riddle. As we stand up on the wishing well. We look to are past. And see all the mistakes we have made. And see all of what troubles us. We start to wonder what wish should we make. Should we take that leap of faith. And wonder what consequence it will take. For a wish is a wish a dream is a dream. And which path will you take... The man look down at the frog and said . Just tell me where the well is. The frog replied. The wishing well is upon us all its surrounds us it is always with us for it is within us. The man stood there. With a blank look on his face.. The frog looked at him and said silly man. There is no wishing well. The well you seek is your conscience your conscience tells your future and past. Because without your past you would not know how to guide your future.. Instance I am I reality or am I your conscience in the shape of a frog.. Or am I just a dream ?. Abraham Perez
