The elections have come and gone. Now is the time to look forward to 2019. Some have won and some have lost but at the end of the day the real winner is Botswana. This is not the time to be nursing bruised and dented egos but rather its a time for every man and woman to reflect on what step and action to be taken. Bickering, berating, belittling and insulting other people will take no 1 anywhere. Cool heads should prevail, Botswana need great thinkers, idealist people and individuals who are will to compromise/sacrifice. Malcontents, foolish radicalism/reactionary, loud mouths should be cast aside. Democracy is a creature that needs to be handled with uttermost care. Botswana needs a properly organized democratic platform to take her forward, at the moment her democratic credentials a regressing. We should emulate the Americans and the Brits, they take pride on who ever is elected. I love Botswana, you love Botswana, we love Botswana. # democracy and progress
