The emergency power interruption that occurred at 4:29 PM (Sun., 05/25/2014) affecting portion of Pasig City was due to a tarpaulin that got entangled with Meralco wires along Meralco Avenue corner Julia Vargas in Pasig City, infront of MC Home Depot. Power in all affected areas was restored at 5:51 PM.
