The entire contour of an owls face is its ear so when it moves side to side its much more likely that it is confused about the origin of the sound and is trying to pinpoint it. Owls didnt evolve facial expression or dancing. Also note that they are tied down and appear to be standing on one leg. Also they are not moving to the rhythm. I imagine if the cables were cut they, like any other intelligent animal, would promptly leave the sound of Ke$ha.
