The failure of Americans in this war is due to their domestic and regional disagreement on objectives leading to a lack of a strategy . All their actions are tactical. These actions are based on convenience they deduce from false and failing intelligence service. It is very clear from what happened during the past few days concerning the humanitarian intervention, and the sudden change of discourse that America does not know what and why it is doing what it is doing. The situation is out of their control.
