The feeling of entitlement gone crazy. Certainly if the economy has crushed you, your career has been outsourced, or you suffered a catastrophic illness and you have paid into the social safety net into this country you should be able to survive, Alien amnesty is going to allow them to take out of a safety net they never paid into. Simply put,it is wrong and it will hurt citizens that have worked throughout their lives. Not so long ago I had a conversation with an acquaintance, a chronic drunk convicted of DUI no less than 5 times. We had been talking about insurance rates. When my daughter began to drive our auto insurance shot up 10 times what we had been paying, It was a huge financial burden. The insurance companies told us the rates would go down when she left the home or got old enough. The rates did go down but nowhere near what they had been. We tried a few insurance companies and they all offered reductions after having a policy a year etc. None of them did what they promised. Eventually we reached age 50 and were able to join AARP and get insurance through their collective buying. We now have full coverage for less that we were paying for partial coverage. It does provide you with security to know if your vehichles get destroyed that you will be able to replace them, even if not a new car, you can replace yours. Back to the discussion with the chronic drunk driver. When I told him our new rates, I did not know was a drunken idiot. He complained to me that he had a bunch of DUI convictions and his insurance was too expensive. It was his opinion that people like me that had low rates should pay more because I (we) could afford it and he couldnt. I had to bite my tongue to not start swearing at him. All of his DUIs had resulted in extensive property damage and medical bills. This is no different than what obamacare does. Redistributing the wealth even if no wealth exists....Do you know who loves obamacare? Mostly people not paying for it or ones heavily subsidized. What a shock they will be in for when they do their taxes and the subsidies are not there....I almost cant wait.
