The final day of The Gecko Pro Tour event at Alcaidesa Golf Club is under way. After an eventful and action packed first days golf today is the last day of professional golf for all our players before they take a well deserving break for the holidays. The current leader Mathieu Decottignies carded a blemish free round of golf yesterday and finished -6 for the day but he is being chased by a group of very experienced players. Raul Quiros, Peter Gustafsson, Eirik Tage Johansen, Gabriel Canizares, Carlos Rodiles are all players with European tour experiance and they are all within striking distance. Alexander Garde from Denmark is also in the mix and today will be a huge test for the young Dane. Will he keep his nerve amongst the very strong field? Only time will tell.
