The following is a rhetorical question stated to church leaders (not anyone in particular, just a thought...) How can you pray and constantly ask God to send laborers in the field, but when the ones you do have express their passion, burden, and call to the ministry; you refuse to appoint? In a lot of cases God has already sent you laborers you just arent allowing them to blossom where they are called. Instead of waiting for them to come, start looking at those God as already sent.
