The food you eat definitely effect your health and unfortunately western food is poisonous to the body.......btw Fluoride is pure poison (in its pure form can dissolve concrete), its in your tooth-paste and all water, even when you shower your body absorbs it. worst is that it actually has bad development effects (it shrinks your thinking capability)...people are so oblivious to the fact that it is even put on certain products that we use everyday with no complaint......ignorance is certainly bliss.
