The front squat is one of my favourite exercises because it challenges the whole body, especially the core. However without adequate wrist mobility they can be difficult to do. So try this grip alternative using 2 towels or straps wrapped around the bar. Youll get the same effect without putting added strain on your wrists. ~ Chad PRO TIP: Be sure to keep your elbows up so the bar doesnt roll forward. #BIMstrength #GoBeyondBetter
