The funeral arrangements for my mother -Hazel Benton- has been revised. Due to the high volume of those expressing their interest in attending the funeral the family have needed to shift the venue for the funeral from the previous advertised venue .... to the HAREWOOD CREMATORIUM The funeral will commence at the earlier time of 11.30 A.M. A new funeral notice reflecting these changes will appear in the death notices of tomorrows ( Thursday edition) of the Christchurch Press newspaper. The family are very appreciative of all the love, support, and prayers that have been shown to them during the last several days as we have individually been trying to come to terms with our grief.
