The #gohigher Woman of the Week! is Elizas Story A 3 year old from Columbia, SC, who goes to the same school as my Princess Kate. Little Eliza was diagnosed in July with a rare degenerative disease, Sanfilippo Syndrome-Type A - all I can think is that the same month I was given a crown, Eliza was given a diagnosis. Elizas family, the ONeills, are trying to raise $1,000,000 in 9 months. I have 9 months left of being Miss South Carolina. 3 things come to mind: - It is not the critic who counts...the credit belongs to the man who is actually IN THE ARENA...who spends himself for a WORTHY CAUSE... - Teddy Roosevelt - Isaiah 61 ...to comfort all who mourn and provide for those that grieve... - Either Luke 12 or Spiderman (depending your spiritual leanings) Luke 12:48 ...to whom much has been given, much is required Uncle Ben With great power, comes great responsibility.
