The bad news: Our system experienced some performance issues that impacted Consultants’ ability to place orders at times throughout the evening. This particularly impacted U.S. And Canadian Consultants in Eastern time zones. Here’s what we are going to do to make things right: 1. If you were not able to complete a January order due to system issues on the 31st that you want posted in January, please call Consultant Support BEFORE END OF BUSINESS on Monday, Feb. 3, and we’ll work with you to ensure your order gets entered as a January order. If you don’t contact Consultant Support by end of day on Monday, your orders will count towards February. 2. We are going to extend the availability of Bring Back My Bar through the end of day, Feb. 1. 3. We will extend the Double Half Price promotion until end of day, Feb. 1. 4. The Grace Adele catalog transition will go into effect as planned, Feb. 1. 5. The Scentsy/Velata 10% off sale will go into effect as planned, Feb. 1.
