The grassroots Network in 2035! We are a non governmental and charity organization that is involved in the area of Leadership, Management and Nation building. Our mission is to by december 31, 2035 contribute in ample ways to the development of a portion of the NIGERIAN nation using the tool of leadership and management.. Why use the leadership and management tool? Because we still believe according to our value number 3 and 5 of the 10values that defines the grassroots network; that a nation will be nothing if Leaders dont see the big picture..VISION... When leaders become too narrow minded, the people suffer and then the nation go under. But when we have visionaries as leaders, leaders who see the big picture; these leaders can then streamline their visions into smaller streams that sets up managers and management in place that will then organize this visions into mentorship. The purpose of power of course is actually to inpower I.e put the same power in the people through the tool of mentorship. Through grassroots Network, we will be able under God by the end of december 2035 do the following: W 1. Discover the original Nigerian dream 2. Drive people to get conscious of the labour of our heros past. 3. Raise 5000 business leaders (CLUB 5000) who business around the world but invest their profits back into the nation and develops it. 4. Break the lie and impossibility consciousness from the minds of our youths through every available media means. (I.e people must be aware that we are on the go!) 5.
