The hiring manager made an offer too good to turn down. I have accepted a new position at the College. I will be the new Manager of Process Management for the Learning and Development/Organizational Development department at Tri-C, working with HR, ITS, and Finance and Business. My start date should be no later than August 1, as it will take me some time to transition out of my current job duties. I thank everyone for all the prayers, and it is such a blessing how clear God made this choice for me. I appreciate all of you that traveled this journey alongside me, many times carrying me. Now, to work out that transition plan. The federal grant will remain my responsibility, but that ends in December 2013. There are some exciting projects ahead of me, and I am ready to get started.
