The hostile and disturbing remarks uttered by the Caretaker Governor of Lakes State, Matur Chut Dhuol that “what we are doing today is eye for eye, you pinch me, I pinch you too, no forgiveness. If someone pin you time and again and you don’t do the same, you are creating a point of weakness to yourself” are very unruly and genocide-causing remarks. This tells us that what happened in Juba on 15th December, 2013, in Bor, Bentiu and Mapel respectively were well coordinated killings which were commanded from above. His utterances reveal that killings were planned and executed at will by the concerned authorities. Should any mass killings by the organized youths as happened in Bor and Mapel, Matur Chut Dhuol is a prime executor of the killings and his utterances are true revelations of what happened and what is going to happen. Let’s keep an eye to that.
