The house in Az flooded aug 13... I told the new tenants that it was a $1000 deductible & that I could NOT pay that myself.... We had already agreed in the rental agreement that ANYTHING catastrophic that was $1000 or more we would split equally....the flood was due to the new tenant INSISTING that Sal & Joe connect the frig auto-ice maker ( which we NEVER needed ourselves in 7years)meanwhile the house is vacant while they are in the process of moving so 300 gal water in the house, master closet , air ducts, etc....2 months & $10k worth of damages later!...heres the bill for the deductible & he tells us they dont have it & too bad but itll get paid in the next 2months & we need to cover it!!! This was AFTER oct rent was 10 days late & $50 short!!!!! OMG!!!! Seriously?????
