The hubby, my caregiver and timeless soulmate, was wearing thin from stresses and whatnots; apparently change from the riggers of a daunting routine was needed. So Ive checked myself into a Respite Hotel which is basically a care facility for old folks and disabled people. Well, I was preparing myself for a sterol environment with boring institutional foods and rule abiding regulations, and got exactly that for the first part of the day. However, just as I was resigning myself to simplistic interactions and having to toy with peoples humor centers in order to breathe some life into this place, a good thing happened. A graveyard shift nurse, who turned out to be a magical triple-decal club biker & clergy Pagan, unfolded a silver lining and slipped into my power source with a delightful boost of unexpected stardust and miraculous, fearless, encouragement to once again conquer the four worlds of the soul. Life is good again and magic is afoot. Solstice beckons! I can do this positive empowerment thing in spades, and so can YOU, my friends. Get with the program of using your magical light! HAPPY PENDING WINTER SOLSTICE! P.S. - The hubby already misses me terribly and roses have arrived! I miss him too, and my Minnie Pie kitten-cat!
