The irony of social media - its supposed to connect people but in reality, people physically with you are sometimes taken for granted since youre either busy checking how many likes or comments you had for your post or getting that perfect selfie shot. Well, I have been guilty in some occasions but Im more conscious now when Im with my family, colleagues or friends, I make sure that I put down my phone and connect with them.
