The language [tamil] is the root of one [our]race. Hence, in all countries, states are first they are changing their governance in their mother tongue whereas in our state though there are enough act are in force in the above line. But are in paper only. It is unfortunate, even in the government agencies such Police dept is writing the Name Board in English first below that Tamil. I hope, even the tamil has lost his sight in its own place, it will live in other parts of world... such as Srilanka, Malaysiya, Maldives, Moritias, Australia, London, Singapore etc.,
