The last few days of 2014 were quite interesting and adventurous for me. I went to the sauna, which in Austria, involves everyone being naked. I swum in the pool outside and as the snow gently fell on my head from the skies, my body was being soothed by the warm waters. It was quite a bizarre juxtaposition that my mind struggled to grasp. Sitting in the various saunas though, as they do their ceremonies was equally strange. Everyone was ass naked and just casually chillin, as if they do this every week. Which, they probably actually do. What was very cool though, was that you could sweat it out in the sauna, get all hot and sticky, then run outside and fall straight into the large piles of fresh snow. That is definitely a memory that I wont forget. NYE was amazing too. Such a contrast to the usual get drunk and forget where I am events that have taken place the last few years. We spent he evening listening to deep house, meditating and the performing a special ceremony. We had to write everything we wanted to change about ourselves or let go of in 2015 on a piece of paper. Just before midnight, we burnt it to observe the physical act of impermanence, detachment and change. It was an amazing end to what has been an incredible year. Thank you everyone who has been a part of it from home, or to he wonderful people that I have met along my journey. Im so thankful that I have such positive people in my life and that I am able to have so many incredible experiences. Happy New Year everyone, I hope its filled with love, laughter and joy xx
