The lily ponds are in my next door neighbors garden and shes promised me some plants to get mine started. I havent yet bought the pretty pots, but have these big plastic tubs. Can i use them to start off? I dont have a borewell, so will tapwater harm the plants/fishes? And she has placed the lilies in little pots within the pond. Is that better or placing the mud directly in the tub? Anything else to buy/arrange before i start?
