The list of those who pillaged the country purportedly released by the World Bank cannot give the correct picture,considering Nigeria got more money in this democratic dispensation than from independence to 1999.What is more,it is a common place knowledge that corruption perpetrated in the current dispensation is unmatched by of any other period in the history of Nigeria. And since the current democracy has been under the watch of southern leaders who profess more moral attributes than their northern counter parts,a list covering all the dispensations would inform balanced judgment on the part of Nigerians.
