The long and tortous academic journey came to a beautiful climax today, July 28, 2014 with the successful defence of my thesis. You can now be addressed as, Dr. Chike Onwe. With those words, I was pronounced a PhD holder after a thorough oral examination by a panel of seven eminent professors led by the external examiner, Prof. Victor Kogah. As I thank God Almighty for His direction, grace and mercies, I appreciate the solidarity and support of family, friends and colleagues while the academic sojourn lasted. I wish you all the very best. Thank you, again and again.
