The longer we eat real food, the easier it becomes (we’re going on 8 or 9 years now, so if you’re new to this, know that it takes time and that’s okay). But I’m always happy when I find ways to make real food faster and with less thought involved. I personally do a lot of cooking extra components of meals (baked potatoes, hard boiled eggs, roasted chicken, chopped veggies, etc.) so that I can re-use them to make other simple meals later on. What helps you to make more real food with less effort?
