The loud music and booming voice of Honey Singh interrupted my thought yesterday night , when I went out in corridor of my Hostel , It suddenly clicks to me that it is saturday oh! much awaited weekend for youngsters where cool dudes and intellectuals of campus throng to celebrate weekend parties. This trend of organising parties on weekends is going viral day by day. It will be better to level it a rave party, is specially designed to kill the stress and awake people from the slumber. I was oblivious of the notion that if you dont smoke pot, marijuana, weed ,bongs e.t.c...your brain will not work fastly and sharply. I implore Ramdev to please stop telling people to do meditation and yoga and suggest them to go ahead with these productive materials. Self-proclaimed intellectuals and their revolutionary ideas to change the society kick in with the shaking of legs to the tunes of aaj dil hai paani panni... After spending enormously as each cigarette cost from 8 to 9 bucks and one bottle of wine is valued around 400-500, every participants takes pledge to fight capitalism. Sips of red wine sows seeds of red revolution and it intensifies their struggle against suppression of Dalits. It also sparks their courage to take up the issue of farmers in political discourse. At last it comes to women empowerment , by inviting womens to these parties and sharing drinks with them the womens of our country are empowered.... Every year sizeable amount of young people are roped for this societal change. They are convinced after the name of freedom and liberty that guarantees our constitution to do whatever one wants irrespective of its adverse effect. Thus a significant change is brought to our society.
