The lower you go the more you have to come up! ✨Start in a low lunge, shoulders and hips parallel to the ground. ✨Make sure the front knee isnt extending over the toe. ✨Driving the weight through the front heel, push to a fly position. ✨Lead with the chest, finishing at a 45 degree angle. Straight line from the back of the head to the ankle. ✨Do as many as you can, then repeat on the other leg. How many can you do???
