The magic of Christmas returns to south lakes wild animal park for another year, and we are looking to put together a team working to make this the most magically successful year ever! We need outgoing, enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Christmas team. As a part of that team, you will be making thousands of customers Christmas wishes come true. Keeping the customer happy is vitally important, and creating a magical Christmas for all our visitors so you must have a passion for excellent service and be able to communicate at all levels. We need Elves, Storytellers, Christmas Faries & Santas who will be responsible for welcoming children and families to a variety of our special experiences making sure they have an enjoyable and memorable experience. PERSON SPECIFICATION: Ideal applicants will be confident and outgoing as a considerable amount of customer interaction and improvisation will be required throughout, but at the same time good organisational skills is a must. ELVES: mischievous, elf like, be able to interact with children and make their experience memorable. Friendly patient and with a love of reindeers! FAIRIES: Fairy like, be able to interact with children and make their experience memorable. (ability to fly optional) Friendly patient and with a love of reindeers! STORYTELLERS: confident at organising families getting them involved in telling the Christmas story in a fun interactive way. MEN IN RED COATS: jolly, kind mature man who enjoys listening and talking to children of all ages - from 0-99. Friendly and patient and be able to react to different individuals. A full CRB check will be undertaken. You must be available to work weekends throughout December and from 18th-24th December.
