The main reason I closed my store right now is because the ignorance of customers. My store was always just a small business run by me only. I have always stated in my store info that orders are slower to ship as I live rurally and cannot always just spring to the post office instantly, but that was always a catch to my store, and thats why I always offered free shipping and low prices. Over the year my store became more popular than I ever thought it would, and with the huge move and stress right now I just cannot keep up. Im missing inventory, and resorting to giving a ton of refunds, or else im getting nasty emails for my shipping being a few days behind. I just really do not have the time for it anymore. If you buy online, please do not be rude to the person you buy from. That is just the risk you take buying online. If you cant handle shipping time then dont bother and go buy from a real store. I will be offering all my Norse Wares items for sale personally through facebook slowly throughout 2015, and whether or not I re-open the store in the new year is uncertain yet. I used to have so much time before when this store was my only job, and I REALLY appreciate all the support, because it really helped out my living situation, but now that I have moved and have another job, I just do not have time. Thanks to all who didnt yell at me for late shipping sometimes :D
