The major challenge in India these days is ppl dont want to cross societal borders rather they are filling gaps. A major chunk is between bpl n middle-class and a minor between middle and upper class. This is due to policy paralysis. The help only reaches a few and then ppl ask for new. If we guys help the rickshaw-auto-taxi-chat walas etc with one rupee saving of our everyday, can Mk a huge difference. In a year Rs. 365 can be saved. Just Mk it a point to use rickshaws n taxis at least 4-5 tyms in an year. If this happens to hell with policymakers, in just one year the bpl will be half.
