The mangos I canned yesterday were so good, I ate almost a whole jar for breakfast. ¡Delicioso! Heres the recipe I used, which was for pickled peaches. The term pickled is misleading, as it sounds sour and almost nasty. But it wasnt sour at all. The vinegar lent the perfect balance of slight tartness to the overly ripe mangos. Plus, this recipe made enough syrup for probably 4x the amount of mangos originally called for. allrecipes/recipe/pickled-peaches/
