The meeting at Hamburg last night was a great success! I got to rub elbows with million dollar Ambit Energy earners Jim & Kim Mason. They started from the ground up in this business just like the rest of us. What I like about them the best, however, is their willingness to work with everyone. Jim took me aside last night even though there were around 75 people there vying for his attention and said what are you learning right now? I wasnt expecting the question but I had an answer: I told him I was reviewing The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership by John Maxwell and the one that hit me the most was The Law of Multiplication was that you can either add people to your organization or you can raise up a leader and multiply people exponentially. Jim then told me there were 5 books he wanted me to read. He gave me his card, told me to call him, and he would give me the titles and authors of the books. He said once I was done with all 5 I was to call him back. He spent a good 10 minutes talking with me and hed only met me once before. I thank he and Kim that they would do such a thing.
