The memory of 9-11 will never fade away. It cant as it has had an impact on to many lives. Those that were there to those that just watched it on television. But as the years have gone by (way to quickly) one has to ask what has been learnt. yes we still have to take our shoes off when we want to board a plane, be asked many security questions and have had the size of the toothpaste container you take on to the plane reduced... but right now I cant help think about all the people in the Ukraine who are living their own kind of 9-11 everyday... is there a difference... there is. The Ukraine is not the USA. are the situations the same... in my eyes they are... people suffering at the hands of others. Who is right? well who cares suffering is suffering... what are we, the rest of the world doing about it... nothing.. its such a shame the Ukraine doesnt have oil. 9-11 was a sad day and an unthinkable event in our history... and we should not forget... but lets not forget about the rest of the people suffering around the world... some places need more than fancy new buildings, monuments and museums.
