The mistake a lot of Coaches make is they jump right to assigning a client a program and diet -strategy to meet the clients goals without even assessing where the client currently is at - with discipline, commitment, consistency, etc. Often what is most important in the now is get some consistency and momentum going and gain some traction in that. Program and diet-strategy compatibility are everything. Just assigning protocol to meet physique goals - isnt the whole story by a long-shot. The client may need break-in periods to build some consistency and compliance - if not the right training and diet-strategy isnt going to do much, even if its right on paper
