The most frequently asked question is....what does it cost to do competitive cheer with the Diamonds? The answer is, a lot less than almost any other competitive cheer company in the nation charges. Cheer gyms in Santa Rosa are charging $135 per month plus the $30 USASF membership and a $30 fee just to try-out. I am not sure what their uniform cost is, but my expert eye would estimate they all range around the $200 mark. Most cheer gyms also encourage and/or require teammates to attend semi-annual clinics that can cost $100 per day per girl. My daughter cheered competitively in the south and our average cost was $250 per month. The following sums up our costs- Diamonds monthly fee: $50 One time per year USASF membership: $30 Shoes: Any cheer shoe is ok and they begin at $16 The following costs are optional and are for kids who want to compete. We do not require that everyone compete. Optional All Star prep uniform (for beginners 8 and under): $75 Optional All Star uniform (for kids over 8): $236.50 Optional Competition registrations: $30-$55 each month from Oct-Feb As you can see, we have an option for any budget. We do not have tryouts, everyone makes a team. Competitive cheer can be expensive, no doubt. It is up to you how much you want to invest/participate. We are among the most affordable cheer gyms in the nation and we would love to have more participants!
