The most important feature of every citizen in every nation is to trust the government and gets political benefits such as national defense from the foreign aggressive attacks, and Provisional protections of citizens from domestic terror attacks internally. In 1983, the sons and daughters of the affected area, Twic East County, offered and sacrificed their lives for the freedom for once and all, as everyone else did in most other respective counties in the South Sudan, however, none of the Twic East residents complained about their death in every SPLA battalions until signing CPA in 2005. It was because FREEDOM is not free or gift, but people struggle for it. In 2005 again, the late Dr. John Garang de Mabior lost his life as the political Icon who led people out of darkness, and it is a light that shines from the darkness, and darkness never shine from the light; and Dr. John Garangs life was taken away due to political jealousy and hatred, but they promised investigation. In 2012, the most respected veteran and political commentator, Isaiah Abraham, who struggled for the best political and social changes in the country, and also looked forward to seeing freedom of press, expressions, and assembly as political benefits of every citizens fought for freedom, but poor politics and inadequate policy that turn against citizens and Journalists took his life, and they were regretted and promised something they called investigation, until these days, it is still pending. In-between 2005-2013, most of lives lost in Twic East County, and in all other counties in the country, and these people are either killed by Khartoum supported militias or killed by Sudanese armed forces by bombing civilians and direct ground attacks; however, it is a fear of losing power and fear of getting defeated by Khartoum that allowed civilians being killed without military responses or better engaged in diplomatic influential to rule out killings in talks. Recently severe several attacks on Twic East County, it took actually 4-good-days for the government to make a breath in and out, not even saying a word, and these civilians who lost their lives are parts of this government who elected them into those positions they become numbed and muted on citizens death, however, focused seriously on welcoming the killer, Bashir who took 2.5 millions of SOuth SUdanese lives before CPA and still butchering them until the day presidency got busy calling a king or master or whatsoever. The funny words, they said, are those, such as Regretted or Facing Justice or kept promising empty investigation, which are still pending for the late Dr. John Garang, still pending for the late Isaiah Abraham, and shouldnt this investigation be pending as well for civilians killed in Twic East County as all these investigations are pending at all times???
