The most insidious non-violent crime that can be committed is one where someone who has once been in fear or faced a fear or been victimized turns around and treats someone in fear wrongfully. If you have known fear then it is your absolute moral duty to comfort not condemn. Think back to when you felt as helpless as a child and only wanted to be held and comforted...needing someone to say it will be ok. To condemn one in need or fear is to condemn yourself.
